MAN. METHOD. MIND.

Wim Hof, is widely known as “The Iceman,” is a Dutch extreme athlete and motivational speaker.
He is globally famous for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures and set numerous world records—
including climbing Mount Everest in shorts and running a barefoot half-marathon above the Arctic Circle.
He developed the Wim Hof Method (WHM)—a three-pillar system consisting of specialized breathwork,
cold therapy, and focused mindset.
He created the technique after his first wife’s death in 1995,
utilizing cold exposure and breathwork to navigate his grief.
